Harrison’s were extremely helpful from start to finish of my property search. Ben gave me the initial tour of the property and was friendly, professional, and clear in answering all my questions, which made me feel confident in my new home straight away. Amber supported me throughout the process and made sure everything stayed on track. The communication was excellent, and I always felt confident that things were being handled properly. Overall, the service I received from both Ben and Amber was reliable and gave me real peace of mind during my search. Amber dealt with my case and was outstanding throughout, always approachable and quick to respond whenever I needed to communicate with the sellers or solicitors. She kept me updated regularly and ensured the whole process ran smoothly, which made what should have been stressful feel straightforward.

All the team at Harrison’s were amazing. From Ben coming to do the valuation, to Viv doing the photos, to the guidance Amber provided throughout as well as Lauren booking in the viewings, the team were all so kind, communicative and would always recommend them to anyone!

We dealt with multiple staff including Ben, Amber and Lauren throughout our transaction and any issues that arose were swiftly dealt with with absolutely no hassle. My partner and I are first time buyers and we were really excited to start the process of finding and buying our first home. Lauren was absolutely brilliant. Her knowledge towards the property was impeccable and answered any questions we had with great detail. We’d viewed a few houses with other estate agents around Sittingbourne and when we asked questions regarding the house, the answers weren’t very helpful. So when we came to Harrison’s and found a house we really wanted to view, Lauren was just amazing at fulfilling such a great house viewing experience for us, and we put the offer in! Lauren went above and beyond to help us make the process easy, quick and did everything she could to help us. Nothing was ever too much of an ask. Lauren, Thankyou so much for everything, and we can’t wait to complete on our new house!

Leaving a review for the fantastic Lauren at Harrison's. We initially enquired about a property viewing which was then arranged promptly and hassle free. Lauren is someone that definitely does her research prior to a viewing and is very knowledgeable with the property information and local area. Some time later, we proceeded to put an offer in and are now moving forward with the process and so far, her service is second to none - a real asset to the team at Harrisons and in comparison to other agents we had viewings with, Lauren and Harrison's in general are much better in every aspect. Very highly recommend.

How refreshing to find an agent who understands the value of good customer service. Putting quality of service over quantity of houses to sell. Providing a balanced view of the market. I can't recommend Liz and her strategic approach highly enough.

I would like to have given 5 stars, however, as Harrisons didn't manage to sell our property and therefore it has to be 4 stars. I would highly recommend Harrisons and particularly Liz who dealt with us personally, and when I say personally I mean really personally as she dealt with us exclusively with just a little help from the rest of the team with regard to viewings and feedback. The care and professionalism shown was exemplary, Liz truly tried to understand the needs and requirements of both ourselves and any potential purchasers. It was a shame that we didn't get the final outcome that we desired but this was solely due to the fact that it became evident that we wouldn't achieve the figure required to make our move. We cannot fault he effort that was made to find a suitable buyer.

Harrisons were very friendly and professional at all times, right from valuation through to Marketing and completion. I would highly recommend them
